BECOMING A DEALER

AETCO Inc. has been manufacturing and supplying quality Law Enforcement equipment for 35 years. Aetco Inc. is known for supporting and helping new customers in our industry. We understand that everyone has to start somewhere. We support all of our customers no matter your size or year’s in business. Here at AETCO Inc. we love what we do and get great pleasure to watch our customers grow and expand their business. We are proud to say we still have our very first account still with us today!

Becoming a dealer is easy. You will need to fill out an Account Application and Resale Certificate. If you would like credit terms you will also need to fill out a credit applications. If you have any further questions please call our accounts receivable department at (800) 982-5258.

SALES POLICY

AETCO Inc. offers products for resale to retail accounts that applied for and qualified to become a dealer for AETCO Inc. Dealers must follow the terms & conditions set forth below. Publication and distribution of AETCO Inc. catalogs/or price lists does not constitute an offer to sell. AETCO Inc. reserves the right to sell its products to only those dealers who meet qualifications, and to review the qualifications and sales efforts at any given time. All orders are subject to acceptance by AETCO Inc. At its sole discretion, AETCO Inc. reserves the right to accept any order, subject to the terms & conditions of this agreement.

Customer Service is available for your convenience between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Please call our toll free number at (800) 982-5258 with any questions or concerns. Orders are received 24-hours a day and may be faxed at any time to (800) 451-2434 or emailed to info@aetcoinc.com.

ORDERING INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

All orders need to include:

Company Name, Ship to Address, Contact Name and Phone Number
Purchase Order Number (If no number is used we will use the date the order was received)
Quantity – Part Number – Description
By following these guidelines this will expedite your order along with eliminating any errors that can occur when part numbers and descriptions are not used.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We offer many different way of payment: Visa, MasterCard, C.O.D., Check prepayment and Net 30 on approved accounts. We do not mail monthly statements but if you would like one please call our accounts receivable department. If you have any questions regarding your account status please call us at (800) 982-5258.

Past due accounts that reach 30 days past due will be placed on credit hold without notice. You may also be subject to a 1 ½% service charge per month for any unpaid balance. If you are consistently past due your account will be changed to C.O.D. or credit card terms. If you suspect you will be past due or need to make payment arrangements please call Accounts Receivable. We are here to help!

Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 fee and the account status immediately changed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Prepaid Freight – Prices are shown at F.O.B. AETCO Inc. All Shipments are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise stated by the customer and confirmed by AETCO Inc. customer service. All priority shipments to ship same day must arrive by 12:00pm PST. AETCO Inc. recommends that you contact your account representative to confirm priority shipping. Post Office and APO addresses are not accepted. AETCO Inc. reserves the right to insure any package at their discretion. Shipment claims must be made within 3 business days after receipt of order. Please keep all materials involved in the shipment.

WILL CALL ORDERS

All orders need to be in by 9:00a.m. to receive a same day pick up after 2:00p.m. with no additional charges. On all will call orders you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. Any walk-ins or rush pickups will be charged $10.00 handling fee.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns must be shipped prepaid and cannot be accepted without receiving a prior written and or verbal Return Authorization Number from AETCO Inc. The Return Authorization Number must appear on the outside of each box being returned. Please call our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. AETCO Inc. will not accept back merchandise after 30 days. Additional charges will be assessed for merchandise requiring new packaging. All restocking charges will be determined at original purchase value. No credit will be extended to obsolete items, discounted items, special manufactured items or tampered/neglected items. AETCO Inc. will not accept back any special ordered items.

All defective merchandise will be handled based on the manufacturer’s guidelines. AETCO Inc. will not be responsible for any replacement and repaired merchandise from other manufacturers. Please call customer service to find out the warranty for the manufacturer.

BID POLICY

AETCO Inc. will do its best to honor any prices for bids or contracts up to (1) year when requested in writing by the dealer and signed by an authorized account representative. No prices will be guaranteed or accepted without such requirements. AETCO Inc. will grant price preferences to current AETCO Inc. dealers for existing contracts.
